I created Your Other Mind because I got tired of watching brilliant women, melanated founders, and spiritually gifted queer leaders build extraordinary companies inside models that required them to disconnect from themselves to sustain them.
I don't believe you should have to leave your spiritual lineage at the door to run a serious company.
And I don't believe spiritual alignment replaces good business.
