Hi, I'm Tanisha

I’m a systems architect, strategist, and the founder of Your Other Mind — a global growth and implementation agency that helps first-generation/first-in-line women + queer founders scale sustainably and lead from wholeness.

I started my career building teams and operations for creative brands that were full of vision but missing structure. Over time, I saw the same pattern everywhere: brilliant founders burning out inside businesses that didn’t reflect who they were.

So I built an agency designed to change that — one where spirit meets strategy and structure becomes freedom.
