- Clients have the option to sign up for their own payment plan upon enrollment. Should the client need their payment plan updated, or payment plan support, they should email: [email protected] for assistance.
- Refund Policy: There are no refunds on coaching or consulting work from Your Other Mind. Due to the nature of this work, any fees paid, are nonrefundable.
- The Client’s results are subjective to the effort of the client. This means that the mentor is not held responsible should the Client fail to achieve certain outcomes.
- Discounts Policy: Any discounts offered will be listed via coupon code and noted in the invoice to the Client, along with any additional terms. By completing and paying the invoice, the Client agrees to the special terms as written. The terms of the usage of the coupon code will be sent to the client via email.
- Payment Plan Policy: Any special payment plans will be selected by the Client upon enrollment into The Program. By completing and paying the enrollment fee or joining their program subscription, the Client agrees to the special terms as written.
- Early Termination: Should a client need request to leave the program, the 25% of the remaining balance of the full program will be due to Your Other Mind, and any paid fees will be nonrefundable.
