Welcome and Purpose
Congratulations on choosing this powerful path to deepen into your highest potential! I honor your commitment to align with your inner vision, and I’m excited to be on this journey with you. This Agreement outlines our collaborative relationship, setting a foundation of trust, respect, and clarity as we work together in support of your personal, professional, and spiritual growth.
Â
1. What Coaching Is — and Isn’t
Coaching is a unique, collaborative journey. Together, we’ll explore and design personal, professional, and spiritual goals that light you up while building practical strategies to support your growth. This process is about insight, inspiration, and sustainable change—not advice in legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic areas. Coaching does not include medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice, even if your Coach is qualified in those fields. If specific expertise is needed, I encourage you to seek additional professionals.
The term “Coaching” includes individual coaching, group sessions, courses, workshops, retreats, VIP Days, or training programs.
2. Commitment to the Journey
By signing this Agreement and submitting payment, Client agrees to show up fully, honor commitments, be on time, and actively participate in our sessions. Client agrees to communicate openly, be receptive to feedback, and actively engage in the coaching process.
Client acknowledges that they understand and agree to be bound by all terms, including being punctual, honoring commitments, and seeking additional professional advice when needed.
3. Payment and Policies
- Authorization of Payment: By signing, Client authorizes Company to charge payments via credit card, check, or digital payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Responsibility for Payment: Client is responsible for the entire fee, regardless of attendance at all sessions, and for all scheduled payments under any payment plan.
- No Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated in the Online Terms of a specific course or program, no refunds will be issued, and all scheduled payments must be paid on a timely basis. All payments are final and non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the terms of specific programs.
- No Transfer Policy: Enrollment in any Coach Certification, Coaching, Course, Membership, Training, Transformation, or Retreat Program is non-transferable to any other person, for any reason.
4. Program Cancellations
Your Other Mind reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary, including but not limited to: Coach assignments, session content, and daily schedule.
In the rare case of a Your Other Mind Program or Retreat cancellation or Coach change, Your Other Mind will offer a transfer to another program or a full refund of your payment to Your Other Mind for the canceled program.
Your Other Mind is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of Program or Retreat cancellation, including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents, or other expenses.
Your Other Mind reserves the right to cancel any training, program, or retreat before its start date if too few people are booked. In such cases, you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to the Company. You will not be entitled to claim additional amounts or seek compensation for any injury, loss, expenses, or damages (direct or consequential), or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visa, passport, and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).
5. Respecting Each Other’s Time
- Cancellation by Client: Life happens—if you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.
- Cancellation by Coach: In the rare event that Company needs to reschedule or cancel a session, you’ll have options to reschedule or receive a refund for that session.
- Using Your Sessions: All sessions and benefits are intended to be used within our agreed program term. It’s important to make space for this work and get the most out of your commitment.
Client understands that any and all scheduled coaching calls, retreat days, VIP Day/Co-Creation Sessions, services, or other benefits expire at the end of the Term and will not be carried over. All services, sessions, and benefits must be used during the Term.
Roll-Over Sessions for 1:1 Coaching Packages
If you cannot make your monthly sessions due to travel or other reasons, you will continue to be billed for your monthly coaching fee as normal. You may accrue a maximum of two unused monthly sessions, which must be used within the Term or they will be forfeited.
Multiple coaching sessions may be combined into 2.5-hour, 5-hour, or 7.5-hour VIP Day Sessions only with the express written agreement of Coach.
Note: This clause does not apply to individual coaching sessions included as part of a Transformation Program, Course, Mastermind Group, Membership, Retreat, Coach Certification, Training Program, or as a bonus for enrolling in any of these programs. There are no rollovers of individual coaching sessions purchased or received as a bonus for any of these programs.
6. Confidentiality
Company will treat all personal information shared during sessions as confidential. However, aggregated insights or testimonials may be shared only with the express permission of the Client. Client agrees not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any third party, including Coach. Your Other Mind respects Client’s confidential and proprietary information, which is any information you specifically designate as “Confidential.”
7. Limitations of Liability
- No Guarantees: While Company strives to provide valuable coaching, no specific results are guaranteed. Your Other Mind has made every effort to accurately represent the benefits you may receive through coaching. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, successors, administrators, and any other person with a legal interest, I hereby waive any and all claims I or they may have now or in the future. I release Your Other Mind, its employees, Coaches, contractors, agents, or representatives ("the releasees") from any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss suffered by me as a result of participation in any activity on the retreat. This includes release from liability for any cause whatsoever, including those connected to the negligence of the releasees.
- Medical and Emotional Responsibility: Client affirms they are fit to participate and responsible for their own well-being. I will be fully and financially responsible for my own physical condition and well-being during all Company programs and will follow safety precautions as prescribed by Your Other Mind. Company is not liable for any discomfort, pain, or health issues resulting from participation in any coaching program.
8. Waiver and Release of Liability
As consideration for being permitted by Company to participate in these activities, I hereby agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue or attach the property of Company, their affiliates, employees, Coaches, contractors, agents or volunteers or any of their affiliated organizations for injury or damage resulting from acts, howsoever caused, by any employee, agent, or contractor, or any of their affiliated organizations, as a result of my participation in Company’s programs. I hereby release Company, and any of their agents or affiliated organizations from all actions, claims or demands that I, my assigns, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury, damage, or death resulting from my participation in Company’s programs.
I am medically, physically, emotionally and in all respects fit and able to participate in Company’s programs.
I agree I will be fully and financially responsible for my own physical condition and well-being during all Company programs, online and offline, and will follow the safety precautions and instructions prescribed by Company.
I acknowledge that Company may make suggestions from time to time that are intended to help me and my well-being. However I take ultimate responsibility for my choices and realize that Coach is not a licensed medical provider and that I must consult my doctor.
If I experience pain or discomfort while following any of Coach’s instructions and/or participating in Company’s programs, I will modify Coach’s instruction to suit my individual needs. I will not hold Company responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the retreat. I understand that the activities offered on this retreat are not a substitute for medical care. I understand that Company is not qualified to diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.
Company reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the retreat, it may without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the retreat. Company will carry no responsibility or liability for any participant who discontinues participation in any of Company’s offerings prior to its conclusion
By agreeing to the terms outlined here and elsewhere on the Company’s websites, I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation in Company’s programs.
9. Health and Wellness Responsibility
Client understands that if they experience pain or discomfort during any part of the program, they will modify Coach’s instruction to suit their needs and will not hold Your Other Mind responsible. Client understands that Company’s programs are not substitutes for medical care and that Your Other Mind is not qualified to diagnose, prescribe, or treat illness.
Your Other Mind reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability. Should Company determine, in its sole discretion, that a participant disrupts the retreat’s harmony, it may expel such participant without refund. By agreeing to the terms outlined here and elsewhere on the Company’s websites, Client releases and discharges Your Other Mind from any rights and claims for damages or liabilities resulting from participation in Company’s programs.
10. Intellectual Property

13. Relationship of the Parties
Notwithstanding any provision hereof, for all purposes of this Agreement each party shall be and act as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, joint venturer, or agent of the other and shall not bind nor attempt to bind the other to any contract. The individual Coach assigned to any Client is within Your Other Mind’s sole discretion and control, with the exception of Individual Coaching with Tanisha Yorrick-Allen.
Coach is an independent contractor and is solely responsible for all taxes, withholdings, and other statutory or contractual obligations of any sort, including, but not limited to, Workers’ Compensation Insurance; and Consultant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Client harmless from any and all claims, damages, liability, attorneys’ fees and expenses on account of (i) an alleged failure by Coach to satisfy any such obligations or any other obligation (under this Agreement or otherwise), (ii) any breach of Coach’s warranties hereunder or (iii) any other action or inaction of Consultant. Coach will ensure that its employees and agents are bound in writing to Coaches obligations under this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement is meant to suggest a legal or business partnership, venture alliance, security interest, or employer relationship.Â

Communication Agreement
Â
Congratulations on reaching this stage! If we’re in consideration of working together, it means I already see incredible potential in our partnership. Coaching is deeply meaningful to me, and I treat each client relationship as a sacred space for real transformation. This is why I prioritize setting clear expectations around communication upfront—it’s foundational for the kind of space we’re creating.
As clients move through the coaching journey, internal challenges often come up, especially when addressing mental barriers that can feel intense. It’s in these moments that clear, respectful communication becomes essential to maintain a healthy, productive dynamic that supports the progress you’re here to make. In my experience, having agreed-upon guidelines for communication allows us to handle any issues constructively.
Over the years, I’ve identified eight key "Cornerstones of Communication" that help keep our interactions healthy, respectful, and solution-focused. I don’t expect you to memorize them, but if these principles resonate with you, and if you feel they would support our engagement I’ll also take on the responsibility of reminding us of these agreements whenever needed to ensure we stay aligned.
If we’re considering working together, I already respect you both personally and professionally, and I’m committed to creating a valuable, positive experience. Regardless of your decision, that commitment remains, and I trust that your intent aligns with this as well.
Healthy, transparent communication is essential in this process. My goal is for us to be clear on what “healthy communication” looks like in this engagement, in both principles and practice, before moving forward. If you’re ready to continue after reviewing the Cornerstones below, confirm by signing the Communication Agreement, then request your contract via the contract signing application, which will include the Coaching Agreement and Exhibit A. Your invoice will be sent after the signed contract is received.

Cornerstones of Communication
Â
- Shared Ownership of Issues
Your truth isn’t the only truth. Let’s both acknowledge that our perspectives are valid but not absolute. Respecting each other’s viewpoints means understanding that no single perspective holds the full picture. - One Issue at a Time, No Global Patterns
Avoid words like “always” or “never” when discussing concerns. Let’s focus on specifics and work through individual instances with clarity. Address: - What was actually said or done (or not done)
- Why this mattered to you
- What you’d like moving forward
- Let’s remember, both feelings and facts are important. But to stay open, we need to be ready to discuss both objectively.
- Speak Only for Yourself
Avoid bringing in others’ perspectives (“Others feel…”). Each individual should raise their own concerns. Gossip is counterproductive. Bring issues directly to me so we can handle them together. - Solution-Oriented Approach
If you raise an issue, please include a solution or request. This keeps our focus on moving forward in a constructive way. - When in Doubt, Reach Out
Please don’t send complaints or frustrations via text or IM initially. Instead, give me a call, and we can document our discussion afterward. - No Assumptions, No Unspoken Expectations
Avoid assumptions whenever possible—ask questions to get clarity. Assumptions can strain relationships unnecessarily. - Only Commit to What You’re Fully Willing to Do
If you’re not fully on board with something, it’s better to say so upfront rather than saying yes only to share discontent later. - No Text-Based Endings
If you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of our engagement and want to end the relationship, I fully respect that. However, I ask that we have a formal conversation—via Zoom or email—as an initial step. Ending the partnership over text or IM shows disregard for the value of our work together.
Participation Agreement
Happy New Day!
Thank you for considering this engagement. I want you to feel fully oriented in this process and have the space to reflect on whether this is the right moment for you to join me in this work.
Unlike many offers in today’s market that aim to bring anyone who is willing to pay, I’m intentional in creating authentic, aligned partnerships. My focus is on forming genuine connections and ensuring that our work together is the best possible fit for us both.
An Unconventional Transaction
This message may feel a bit unconventional, and that’s intentional. I believe in transparency and clarity. If my approach feels surprising or perhaps even a little uncomfortable, know that my goal is simply to provide a clear, respectful space for you to consider this opportunity. Should you find at any point that this is not the right fit for you, or if you’d prefer not to receive future invitations, I completely understand and am here to support your choice.
Clear Thinking
If, after reading this, you feel this engagement may not be a match right now, that’s perfectly okay. I encourage you to trust your insight and make this decision from a place of clarity and alignment, not just emotion.
Engagements with Me Are Not for Everyone
When I take on a new client, it’s not just about a transaction—it’s a commitment of my time and energy. I work with entrepreneurs who are dedicated to advancing their ideas with focus and intention, bringing consistency, depth, and accelerated growth to their ventures. My engagements are designed for those actively building, running, or defining an online business or offer. If you’re looking to amplify your growth over the next 90-180 days and you’re ready to engage fully, this may be a perfect fit.
The Work Is a Mental and Emotional Lift
Working with a coach in an elite capacity can stir up all kinds of feelings, from hope and excitement to doubt and discomfort. Growth requires navigating discomfort, and in this work, that means stepping outside of what’s familiar. This process asks you to lean into a level of trust, even when you don’t fully understand each step or methodology along the way. And yes, this will include moments where you may feel the weight of this commitment, wondering if it’s worth the investment and hoping you’ll be understood and valued.
Investing $10,500 to $50,000 is significant, and there are times when much of the work is focused on foundational shifts—reframing limiting beliefs, and developing new ways of seeing and moving through the world. These shifts, though subjective, are the basis for lasting transformation.
A “Yes” Is Not Without Consequence
If, as you read this, you find you aren’t fully prepared to address the inner and outer barriers that this work will require, that’s perfectly okay. Just let me know by sending an email with the words “I’m declining my invitation to begin the engagement at this time.”
Life Will Show Up
There will be challenges, what I call "Outer Roadblocks"—personal, family, business, physical, and logistical. Moments of doubt, frustration, and resistance are natural as you move through this process. I understand these feelings, as I’ve experienced them myself on both sides of the coaching relationship.
You May Want to Quit
This work requires facing fears, doubts, and limitations in a way that feels highly personal. The decision to commit to transformative work often triggers discomfort just as we are about to take significant steps forward, especially when success or failure feels linked to our core identity. The process I guide my clients through is both practical and deeply transformational, blending principles from organizational change, strategic operations, and personal development.
Many clients feel uncomfortable when asked to abandon traditional concepts of “grinding” and “overworking” for a more aligned, sustainable approach. This shift can feel unsettling, especially for those accustomed to high-stress achievement patterns. But the goal of this work is not just growth—it’s meaningful, aligned growth that honors you and your legacy.
When progress accelerates, fear often arises, and the temptation to quit, delay, or self-sabotage can become strong. I bring this up now because I want to prepare you for it, not because I expect it from you but because I know the process can feel challenging.
Your Feelings Don’t Void Your Commitment
When fear and doubt surface, it’s easy to lose sight of our contractual commitments. For this reason, my contracts are specific and transparent, leaving no gray area around deliverables, timelines, or expectations.Â
Moving Forward
If you feel aligned and ready to proceed, confirm your acceptance by signing this agreement. If you choose not to sign, the engagement will be canceled, and your payment will be refunded.
